MISSION:
Our mission is to provide clients with the service, knowledge, and integrity that is necessary for a successful business. It is our goal to become the nation’s number-one source for bookkeeping, tax, and computer services, aiding individuals and small businesses.
We have over 35 years of combined experience and we are here for you year ’round — not just during tax season! We have a Certified Enrolled Agent, a QuickBooks Certified Professional Advisor on staff as well as a contracted CPA to assist you with your accounting/bookkeeping needs. Our Payroll Specialist also has a Master’s of Accounting degree.
Our professional staff ensures that you maximize your tax deduction, and guide you on proper bookkeeping practices.
PRECEPTS specializes in small business bookkeeping, payroll service, and tax preparation. We understand the needs of small businesses, and our former IRS experience gives us insight into the best ways to take maximum advantage of current tax laws.
Precepts Accounting, Tax Preparation & Bookkeeping, LLC was established in 1999 with the goal of providing complete financial, accounting, and taxation services for ministries, non-profits, and general business clients. We have provided quality and timely services to numerous businesses, non-profit organizations, churches, and ministries during our many years of serving clients in the Low Country and the United States.

Precepts Accounting, Tax Preparation & Bookkeeping, LLC was established in 1999 when Marsha Morgan left the Internal Revenue Service as an IRS Agent, and Cornelius Morgan retired from the United States Air Force to start their own firm. Starting the practice with a very small clientele, the firm has now advised over 600 clients.

We have a professional staff spanning the disciplines of audit, accounting, taxation and management and computer consulting. Our professionals are equipped with the latest computer hardware and software tools to assist them in providing services to your organization.
